Active listening and empathy (in leadership/team)

Active listening and empathy are some of the most important skills of leaders who need to

understand and motivate their teams and communicate effectively

● Workshop rooted in world-leading emotional intelligence methodology and therapeutical

listening skills

● After the theoretical intro we will work actively in groups to experience these qualities,

misunderstandings and improve our ability to actively listen and develop empathy

● Each activity is followed by feedbacks and discussion


Design thinking - to solve current challenge or complex problem

Methodology from Google and Stanford University helps to innovate, develop and launch new products, change procedures, solve the crisis. It includes several stages from research and definition of the problem, group brainstorming and ideating with all the important stakeholders involved, prototyping and testing.

How to increase public awareness about the NGO, especially among the target group of disabled people in order to invite them to their activities?
- how to reach and invite target group to the NGO activities
- how to deal with marketing activities with a very limited budget and human resources
- how to establish more efficient processes within the organisation?
